At Trauma Club, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us through our contact page, and we’ll guide you through the process. We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues swiftly.

All Sales Are Final Because most of our items are made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless something went wrong on our side. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or never shows up—we’ll fix it. Just reach out.

✅ What We WILL Replace:

Misprints (wrong design, cut, or color)

Items damaged in transit

Orders that never arrive (with proof)


You have 14 days after delivery to report a problem.

📧 Email us at support@traumaclubog.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll take care of it.

 

❌ What We Can’t Replace:

Items ordered in the wrong size (check the size guide!)

Buyer’s remorse or changed your mind

Minor color differences due to screen display

Delays outside our control (shipping companies, customs, etc.)

📦 Shipping & Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location. You’ll get a tracking number when it ships.
