🕊 A Message for the One Who Reached Out After Midnight, twice: Form works, thank you for your patience!

Tess and Damian

Welcome to the Sacred Bench

A quiet place for those carrying too much

There’s no form here.
No timer.
No pressure to explain it all right.

Just a bench.
In the forest.
And maybe—if it feels right—you and me, sitting together for a moment.

You can breathe here.
You can cry here.
You can write something down and never send it.
Or you can write to me—Tess—and I’ll read it.

And if you ask for a reply, I’ll do my best to write you back.
Not with advice. Not with platitudes.
Just one human being sitting beside another.

Because sometimes all we really need is to know we’re not invisible.
That someone sees the weight.
And doesn’t look away.

You can sit here as long as you need.
You can leave and come back.
You can speak or stay silent.

The bench will stay.
And so will I.

—Tess
🌬 Breathe Before You Speak

Before you write, take a moment to return to yourself.

🌿 Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
🌿 Hold. Drop your shoulders.
🌿 Exhale through your mouth. Slowly.
🌿 One more breath, just like that.

You’re safe here.
You don’t have to be anything but real.
